About the Role: Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the voice and presence of PENN’s sportsbook and casino brands across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media content for brands like ESPN, BET, Hollywood Casino, and PENN Play Casino.

  • Supporting talent ambassador campaigns and optimising posts for reach and engagement.

  • Using native tools (Instagram Reels, TikTok sounds, X native video) to grow audience engagement.

  • Analysing data, reporting on campaigns, and optimising strategies for maximum impact.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media with marketing priorities.

Who Should Apply?

  • A self-starter with 1–2 years of digital marketing or online gaming operations experience.
