About the Role: Social Media Coordinator
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the voice and presence of PENN’s sportsbook and casino brands across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Key responsibilities include:

Creating and scheduling engaging social media content for brands like ESPN, BET, Hollywood Casino, and PENN Play Casino.

Supporting talent ambassador campaigns and optimising posts for reach and engagement.

Using native tools (Instagram Reels, TikTok sounds, X native video) to grow audience engagement.

Analysing data, reporting on campaigns, and optimising strategies for maximum impact.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media with marketing priorities.
Who Should Apply?
This role is ideal for someone who is:

A self-starter with 1–2 years of digital marketing or online gaming operations experience.

Skilled in social media analytics tools like Sprout, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
