✅ Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

✅ Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.

💡 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🧠 Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.

💻 Proficient in MS Office tools and online recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

📅 Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
