About the Role
As an Intermediate Data Analyst (Analytics) at Equifax, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. You’ll independently manage analytical tasks, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing efficient, scalable data solutions that support both internal business goals and customer success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex analytical challenges, and has a strong command of modern data tools and programming languages.
You will work hands-on with large, complex datasets drawn from multiple sources — including Equifax’s proprietary data, client systems, and trusted third-party providers. Your primary mission is to design and execute scalable, efficient analytical solutions that bring clarity to business questions, uncover patterns in data, and guide strategic actions.
What You’ll Do
-
Work independently within the Data and Analytics function, with limited design guidance from senior associates or managers.

-
Prepare and structure data from multiple, disparate sources for ingestion and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
-
Integrate Equifax, customer, and third-party data to address analytical problems of moderate complexity and generate actionable insights for internal teams or external clients.
-
Conduct data quality checks, identify anomalies, determine their root causes, and collaborate with Data, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to implement corrective actions.
-
Communicate findings clearly — articulating the business impact of results and providing recommendations that support informed decision-making.
-
Balance quantitative and qualitative insights, demonstrating the business value of analytics and helping stakeholders understand the story behind the data.
-
Ensure responsible data usage, working closely with data governance and compliance teams to protect the integrity and security of Equifax data assets.
