We are currently seeking a Senior Python Developer (5–10 years of experience) to join our Engineering and Semiconductor practice. This is a high-impact role focused on developing the frameworks and modules that drive the next generation of server/client BIOS and silicon platforms.

 About the Role: Architecting Scalable Systems

In this position, you won’t just write scripts; you will design the architectural backbone of software projects. You will act as a technical lighthouse, guiding development teams and defining the structure of complex applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Framework Innovation: Lead the design and development of new Python frameworks tailored to specific customer requirements and silicon constraints.

  • Scalable Module Design: Develop high-performance Python modules designed to scale across multiple programs and platforms.

  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior Python developers, ensuring code quality and architectural consistency.

  • Full-Cycle Engineering: Develop new features, debug legacy systems, and optimize existing code following industry-best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a core member of an integrated team, including designers, hardware engineers, and project managers.

  • Architecture Contribution: Define the software components and structural integrity of enterprise-grade projects.

 Qualifications & Technical Expertise

We are looking for a “Python Purist” with a deep understanding of systems-level integration.

  • Core Experience: 5–10 years of professional Python development with a proven track record of building frameworks from scratch.

  • OS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments.

  • Best Practices: Deep commitment to clean code, modularity, and high-performance debugging.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for navigating complex, multi-team projects.

Standout Skills (Good-to-Have):

  • Silicon Environments: Experience working in Pre-Silicon or Post-Silicon validation/development.

  • BIOS Platforms: Hands-on experience with Server/Client BIOS platforms using Python.

  • Simulation Tools: Knowledge of the Simics simulation environment.
