 About the Role: Engineering High-Performance AI Logic

In this role, you will be responsible for the backbone of the Fabric platform. You will design and optimise the server-side logic that powers thousands of concurrent AI interviews, ensuring seamless data flow and low-latency responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Architecture: Design, develop, and optimise scalable server-side logic using modern Python frameworks.

  • API Development: Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to integrate with our AI interviewing engine and frontend interfaces.

  • Database Management: Integrate and manage data across multiple environments, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, leveraging cloud-native architectures for maximum performance.

  • Code Excellence: Maintain high standards of clean code, conduct peer reviews and ensure the reliability of our system.

  • DevOps Integration: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and secure deployment cycles.

 Your Profile: Skills & Technical Expertise

We are looking for an engineer who excels in fast-paced environments and values automated, data-driven decision-making.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Python Mastery: Strong hands-on expertise in Python and its frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

  • Database Expertise: Proficient in AWS PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

  • API Design: Deep experience in developing and securing RESTful APIs.

  • DevOps & Tools: Strong understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD for automated testing and deployment.

  • Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
