🧑‍💼 About the Role – Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice is looking for skilled Business Analysts who can bridge business strategy with modern data ecosystems.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, AI/ML teams, and product owners to design and deliver scalable data and AI-driven solutions.

If you have strong business acumen combined with hands-on exposure to analytics platforms, cloud environments, and Generative AI solutions—this role is built for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities – Techno-Functional Business Analyst

🔹 Business & Functional Analysis

  • Gather and document business requirements across data and AI initiatives

  • Convert requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams

🔹 Data & Analytics

  • Define data models, mappings, and transformation rules

  • Support ETL/ELT processes on Azure/AWS/GCP platforms

  • Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks using Power BI or Tableau

  • Interpret complex data to generate actionable insights

🔹 AI / ML / Generative AI

  • Define AI/ML use cases with data science teams

  • Contribute to GenAI solution design (LLMs, RAG workflows, AI copilots)

  • Validate training data and model outputs

  • Support AI-driven automation initiatives

🔹 Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Manage Agile backlogs and sprint planning

  • Lead UAT cycles and production rollouts

  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption post-deployment

🛠️ Required Skills – Techno-Functional Business Analyst

  • 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst

  • Strong expertise in data modeling and BI platforms

  • Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset (SQL knowledge is a plus)

  • MBA from a top-tier B-school (preferred)

🎓 Preferred Qualifications – Techno-Functional Business Analyst

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks

  • Agile/Scrum project experience

  • Domain exposure in FMCG/CPG or Automotive

  • Knowledge of MLOps and AI governance frameworks
