Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyse regulatory requirements and transform them into scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for managing tasks end-to-end within an agile development environment—from requirements definition to implementation, testing, and documentation.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Client Requirement Analysis

Analyse client-specific regulatory and reporting requirements.

Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to refine functional expectations.

Develop and showcase mockups and prototypes to validate requirements.
Agile Development Participation

Define user stories aligned with business objectives.

Participate in implementation, automated testing, and integration processes.

Work within a cutting-edge DevOps setup to ensure efficient delivery cycles.
End-to-End Task Ownership

Take responsibility for assigned features or enhancements throughout the agile lifecycle.

Design, implement, and test new functionalities or software improvements.

Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with defined requirements.
Documentation & Testing

Create clear documentation for both client-facing and internal use.

Design and automate test scenarios to validate functionality.

Contribute to system stability and reliability through structured validation processes.

Required Qualifications
Education

University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.

Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and devise practical solutions.

Experience in requirements engineering (preferred).

Basic understanding of agile software development methodologies.

Fluency in English (primary working language).
Technical Exposure

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with collaborative development tools such as GitLab or Bitbucket.

Exposure to automated testing practices.

Experience with supranational regulatory reporting requirements (an advantage).
