About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with organisational objectives. The role demands detailed requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project success.

You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders to bridge operational needs with practical technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Evaluation & Optimization

  • Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and performance.

  • Develop structured documentation outlining current and future state processes.

2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis sessions with stakeholders.

  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable documentation.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

3. Project Planning & Management

  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

  • Monitor project progress and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Lead and support UAT activities.

  • Document test cases, procedures, and validation results.

  • Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements before deployment.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of project goals.

  • Maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • MBA preferred.

Certification

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is mandatory.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to document requirements clearly and comprehensively.

  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
