About the Role
The Data Analyst will support client-facing operations by delivering high-quality analytical and operational outputs. This role combines data analysis, process execution, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality and timeline standards.
You will work closely with senior analysts and operations leads to solve complex business problems, optimize workflows, and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and interpret client business requirements, operational workflows, and data structures.
- Execute defined processes and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Support the implementation of new operational models and workflows, including testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks.
- Conduct secondary research and assist in resolving client queries.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Assist engineering teams with insights to improve operational efficiency and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, operations, or consulting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data querying tools.
- Familiarity with stored procedures is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in analytics consulting, pharmaceuticals, or managed markets is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree, MBA, or PGDM in a relevant discipline.
- Exposure to product operations, process management, or healthcare analytics.
- Understanding of the US healthcare systems or managed care analytics.
