Job Overview
Syndigo is hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) to support its global clients in managing and optimizing product data syndication processes. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in data analytics, API integrations, and e-commerce data management.
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work on configuring, mapping, and validating product data across various e-commerce platforms. You will also ensure that all product information meets endpoint requirements and maintains high data accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Syndigo tools and workflows to manage customer data syndication.
- Analyse and interpret eCommerce endpoint requirements and documentation.
- Configure customer accounts, tenants, and API endpoints using provided credentials.
- Map product data from Syndigo systems to external eCommerce platforms.
- Align product attributes, categories, and taxonomy between systems.
- Validate product data accuracy and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot data mapping or validation issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor data flow and feedback within the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via ticketing systems and email communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or system integration.
- Strong understanding of API connectors, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with PIM systems, eCommerce platforms, and syndication environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration tools and enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyse data flows and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Engineering.
- Certifications or coursework in data analytics, API management, or system integration are a plus.
- Equivalent practical experience in data transformation or e-commerce integrations may also be considered.
Work Timings
This role operates on rotational shifts:
- 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
