As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and technical documentation
- Create and maintain documents such as:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
- Use Cases and Workflow Diagrams
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and QA
- Support the Agile/Scrum process and ensure requirement clarity throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist QA teams during testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor project progress and resolve requirement-related issues
- Identify areas for process improvement and business optimization
