This role is a specialised analytical position centred on the fast-paced Telecommunications industry. As a Telecom Data Analyst, you are responsible for making sense of the massive data volumes generated by millions of subscribers and network nodes.

  • Subscriber Intelligence: Analyse usage patterns to predict and prevent Churn (customers leaving the network) and identify high-value segments for upsell opportunities.

  • Network Optimisation: Use data to pinpoint coverage gaps, congestion points, and hardware inefficiencies to improve the Quality of Service (QoS).

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as a translator between technical network engineers and business marketing teams to ensure data requirements are met.

  • Revenue Assurance: Identify anomalies in billing data or traffic patterns that could indicate fraud or revenue leakage.
