🧾 About the Role – Business Analyst

This role is part of a global real estate organization’s AI Center of Excellence (AI COE), focused on transforming Finance & Accounting functions using AI, automation, and analytics.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with finance stakeholders such as AP, AR, FP&A, P2P, and O2C to identify root challenges and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

• Engage with stakeholders across US, Europe, and APAC
• Identify and define complex business problems
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and root cause analysis
• Recommend solutions using AI, RPA, analytics, and process redesign
• Create detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
• Build business cases, ROI models, and cost-benefit analysis
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Program Managers, and Delivery teams
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications – Business Analyst

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (tech-focused preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes
• Experience in AI-driven or automation projects
• Familiarity with:
  • RPA tools
  • APIs & integrations
  • OCR technologies
  • LLMs (Large Language Models)
  • Analytics & BI tools
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and UAT management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global environments (US/EU/APAC)
