This role isn’t just about compliance; it is about Sustainability Innovation—using technology, data, and engineering to build prototypes and scaled solutions that help global organizations meet their “Net Zero” and social responsibility targets.
You will act as the primary architect of the organization’s Sustainability offerings, working at the intersection of business development, product management, and technical consulting.
🟢 Role Overview & Impact
As the ESG Competency Head, you own the end-to-end lifecycle of sustainability transformation for enterprise clients.

Strategic Advisory: Work directly with C-suite executives to formulate sustainability strategies and policies that align with global regulations (like CSRD, SEC mandates, or BRSR).

Innovation Engine: Lead the translation of abstract sustainability goals into working prototypes by collaborating with engineering, services teams, and technology partners.

Business Development: Partner with Sales Leadership to identify, qualify, and close high-value sustainability engagements, creating a robust pipeline of ESG-led digital innovation.

Ecosystem Orchestration: Identify and enable partners (Alliance Management) who can accelerate the delivery of sustainability solutions, from carbon footprint tracking to circular economy platforms.
