Job Overview

Fireblaze AI School is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst proficient in Python, Machine Learning, SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. This role involves handling large datasets, performing exploratory data analysis (EDA), building predictive models, and developing dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, business-aware, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Preparation

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Perform data wrangling to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

  • Maintain data integrity and documentation standards.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

  • Use data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively.

  • Apply analytical methods to derive actionable business insights.

Machine Learning & Predictive Modelling

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for regression, classification, and clustering tasks.

  • Optimize algorithms to improve model accuracy and performance.

  • Evaluate model effectiveness using appropriate performance metrics.

SQL & Database Management

  • Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

  • Perform joins, aggregations, and performance tuning for large datasets.

  • Ensure efficient database querying and reporting.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Utilize advanced Excel features such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and automation.

  • Present data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements.

  • Translate business challenges into data-driven analytical solutions.

  • Support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).

  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering).

  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and database operations.

  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel, including data modelling and automation.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills to present insights effectively.
