Job Overview

Curefit is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in analytics, support operations, or business operations who enjoy working hands-on with SQL and Excel to derive actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Operations (Ops), Product, Technology (Tech), and Customer Experience (CX) teams to analyse performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

SQL Data Analysis

  • Write, optimize, and fine-tune SQL queries to extract data from multiple databases.

  • Transform raw data into meaningful, structured insights for business stakeholders.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

  • Develop dashboards to monitor performance trends and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Ops, Product, Tech, and CX teams to understand business needs.

  • Translate business questions into structured analytical solutions.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and performance.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify process gaps and performance bottlenecks using analytical insights.

  • Automate recurring reports to improve turnaround time and reduce manual effort.

  • Improve reporting efficiency through workflow optimization.

Leadership Support

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses for performance reviews.

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for leadership discussions.

  • Support data-backed decision-making initiatives across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in support operations, analytics, or business operations roles.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL with hands-on experience writing queries.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).

  • Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting methodologies.

  • Knowledge of support metrics such as SLAs, resolution rates, and CSAT.

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills

  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

  • Basic knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, or workflow automation tools.

  • Experience in automating reporting processes.
