Position Summary

We are actively hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of real-world data analysis experience, including 2+ years with Salesforce.com and JIRA, and have a passion for translating complex data into meaningful business insights.

As a key contributor to our analytics practice, you will be responsible for analyzing customer support data, omnichannel engagement metrics, and operational trends to drive strategic initiatives, improve system and process efficiencies, and provide recommendations that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Data Interpretation & Reporting

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights using statistical methods.

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and summary visualizations.

  • Use data to identify patterns, anomalies, risks, opportunities, and business trends.

System & Process Optimization

  • Design and implement data collection systems and analytics strategies to maximize data quality and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing workflows, systems, and tools.

  • Identify new opportunities to enhance business processes, tools, training programs, and performance metrics.

CRM & Analytics Tools

  • Work extensively with Salesforce.com to analyze customer support metrics, segmentation, and engagement data.

  • Utilize JIRA for operational reporting, process analysis, and workflow optimization.

  • Design compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders of all technical levels.

Strategic Influence & Decision Support

  • Support business leaders with analytical services, scenario modeling, and impact assessments.

  • Partner with management to influence strategic decisions with data-driven evidence.

  • Provide technical and analytical recommendations on key transformation initiatives.

Mentorship & Support

  • Deliver training, mentoring, and technical support to junior analysts and team members.

  • Lead analysis during issue identification, risk assessment, root-cause investigations, and decision-making sessions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com CRM platforms.

  • 2+ years of work experience with JIRA for analytics and workflow reporting.

  • Strong experience with reporting tools, Python/R, SQL, or other database/query languages.

  • Exceptional knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques, including pivot tables, regression, segmentation, and data mining.

  • Experience designing dashboards and visualizations that influence business decisions.
