About the Role: Private Wealth Business Development Analyst

Are you a finance-focused data analyst looking to maximise fundraising efficiency for global wealth channels? Wipro is accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Data Analyst aligned with its Private Wealth Business Development support division in Bengaluru, India.

This hybrid position acts as a critical liaison between Client Management, CoE technical groups, and global marketing engines. Your core focus is turning complex financial asset records and marketing metrics into clear, executive-ready sales performance intelligence. From monitoring multi-channel fundraising data to building custom campaign tracks for massive distributions (spanning 30k+ global clients), this position requires a balance of analytical depth and financial market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities & Analytics Workflows

  • Fundraise & Sales Reporting: Build and manage recurring fundraising performance pipelines across various private wealth sales channels, ensuring zero-error delivery.

  • Marketing Data Manipulation: Clean, slice, and query complex sales datasets to monitor the performance of global client acquisition initiatives.

  • CRM System Maintenance: Maintain data hygiene and structural integrity across the global Salesforce CRM system and underlying data infrastructure.

  • Mass Campaign Architecture: Set up and run automated Salesforce marketing campaigns to enable the precise delivery of market insights to over 30,000 international recipients.

  • BI Metric Visualisation: Convert data trends into automated, interactive trackers using cloud dashboard software like Tableau and Sigma.

  • Strategic Business Insights: Analyse tracking behaviours to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations directly to cross-functional sales leaders.

Candidate Prerequisites & Preferred Technical Stack

Successful candidates must combine solid corporate finance knowledge with hands-on CRM platform management and analytical software skills.

Academic Foundation & Experience Background:

  • Education: An MBA in Finance (or equivalent PGDM) backed by a strong academic track record.

  • Tenure: 2 to 4 years of experience working directly in financial operations, corporate wealth data analysis, or a related investment domain.

Core Technical & Platform Skills:

  • Spreadsheet & Document Engineering: Mastery of Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, nested functions, complex formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Proficiency in Tableau and Sigma Dashboard architectures to translate unstructured tables into accessible executive graphics.

  • CRM Systems Expertise: Direct exposure or functional preference for Salesforce administration, database cleaning, and target campaign generation.

  • Professional Traits: Strong quantitative capability, clear attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a collaborative mindset.
