About the Role: Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

Are you a seasoned analytics professional with a strong background in financial structures, big data parsing, and executive-level visualisation? Aspyra HR Services is recruiting full-time, permanent Data Analytics / Senior BI Specialists for positions across India’s premier tech centers: Pune, Bengaluru, and Gurugram.

This hybrid position focuses on high-stakes Banking Analytics, Campaign Tracking, and Marketing Analytics. You will operate as a senior technical analyst, responsible for querying massive, distributed unstructured datasets, identifying hidden operational trends, and designing real-time interactive dashboards. Acting as a translator between raw data systems and corporate leadership, you will help shape strategic decisions in real time.

Key Responsibilities & Data Engineering Workflows

  • Big Data Extraction & Parsing: Query, extract, and manipulate massive datasets across distributed enterprise file networks using Advanced SQL, Hive (HQL), and Spark.

  • Advanced Dashboard Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain highly interactive, scalable reporting dashboards in Tableau to map banking product performance, portfolio risk, and customer lifetime value.

  • Cross-Functional Metric Alignment: Partner with international product managers and marketing teams to establish core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deploy predictive business models.

  • Marketing & Campaign Optimisation: Track and analyse multi-channel marketing campaigns to evaluate acquisition efficiency, optimise customer segment definitions, and improve resource allocation.

  • Automated Pipeline Construction: Write clean, modular data processing scripts using Python to automate repetitive Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) data flows and format checking routines.

  • Executive Intelligence Delivery: Translate complex query results and mathematical trends into clear, actionable, business-friendly recommendations for global stakeholders.

Candidate Prerequisites & Preferred Technical Stack

Successful candidates must blend advanced data extraction and processing capabilities with strong corporate visualisation skills and deep domain knowledge.

Experience & Compensation Mapping:

  • Professional Tenure: 3 to 8 years of continuous experience working inside an analytical capacity, KPO hub, or financial business intelligence group.

  • Remuneration Scale: ₹20,00,000 to ₹35,00,000 P.A. (Determined relative to technical capability, interview performance, and depth of tenure).

Core Technical Competencies:

  • Database Mastering: Expertise in Advanced SQL optimisation alongside hands-on development inside the Hadoop ecosystem (Hive / HQL).

  • Programming Skills: Working proficiency using Python to clean datasets and run analytical scripts.

  • Data Visualisation: Advanced mastery of Tableau to design clean, high-performance dashboards.

  • Domain Focus: Strong experience in at least one specialised financial analytics vertical, such as Banking Analytics, Campaign Performance Analytics, or Digital Marketing Analytics.

  • Analytical Execution: Exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of core ETL principles, and excellent presentation skills.
