As a Data Analyst at Aroha Technologies, you will move beyond basic spreadsheet management to oversee the entire structural lifecycle of enterprise data. You will configure schemas, enforce data normalisation protocols, maintain data warehouses, build automated reporting environments, and collaborate directly with quality assurance teams to eliminate operational data anomalies.

Key Responsibilities & Core Data Workflows

• Master Data Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end creation, modification, validation, and programmatic deletion of enterprise master records.

• Database Architecture & Access Security: Configure and maintain internal reporting environments, map metadata catalogues, and handle user role permissions to protect data assets.

• Data Quality Assurance & Normalisation: Drive strict data integrity initiatives and structured formatting, auditing newly imported source arrays for discrepancies alongside QA analysts.

• Data Mining & Cleansing Operations: Apply advanced data mining and semantic cleansing methods to extract signals from fragmented, multi-system source data.

• Reporting Environment Engineering: Design, build, and optimise enterprise dashboards to generate automated insights from standalone or distributed data warehouses.

• System Modernisation & Impact Testing: Evaluate upgrades to active production engines, review impact matrices, and assist system architects with software deployment decisions.

• End-User Enablement: Conduct functional training sessions for corporate stakeholders and business leaders on new reporting tools and interactive performance tracking views.

Candidate Prerequisites & Key Technical Skills

Required Qualifications & Education:
