These positions are designed for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, making this an entry-to-junior tier hiring track. Rather than working in isolation, you will step into fast-paced corporate environments, collaborating side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy groups to extract actionable insights from sprawling raw data streams and maintain stable, automated information pipelines.

Specialisation Breakdown & Core Responsibilities

While individual daily workflows vary based on your aligned domain track, all candidates will support core data operations:

  • Data Analyst Track: Write optimised SQL queries to extract data, manage automated business dashboards, build clean visual reports using Power BI or Tableau, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable business trends.

  • Data Scientist Track: Clean, process, and normalise raw structured or unstructured datasets. Apply basic statistical modelling, execute data mining scripts, and design introductory machine learning (ML) workflows to predict operational outcomes.

  • Data Engineer Track: Build, maintain, and optimise robust Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) data pipelines. Integrate distributed data arrays and ensure backend data warehousing consistency, security, and schema reliability.


Candidate Prerequisites & Required Skill Stack

Candidates are evaluated based on their computational logic, platform training, and data manipulation capabilities during an in-person assessment phase.

Required Baseline Skills:

  • Professional Experience: 0 to 2 years within a professional data analytics, database support, software development, or analytics training background.

  • Database Languages: Strong functional command of SQL (joins, window functions, and schema querying).

  • Programming Frameworks: Practical familiarity with Python along with primary data manipulation and math packages (such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-Learn).

  • Version Control: Fundamental understanding of Git repositories and collaborative code branch management.

  • Core Concepts: Solid footing in business statistics, analytical problem-solving, and clean interpersonal communication.

  • Education: Open to Any Graduate (UG) or Any Postgraduate (PG) degree holder with strong technical alignment.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards with enterprise visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
