As a Data Analyst at Digital Solution Tech, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive business performance:

• Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and business insights
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Apply machine learning models and statistical techniques to solve moderately complex business problems
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Use Python for data processing, automation, and workflow management
• Work with Dataiku (preferred) for data preparation and modelling workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, workflows, and model performance
• Maintain proper documentation of datasets, models, and processes

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or applied data science roles

• Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and machine learning
• Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and visualization best practices
• Understanding of statistical methods and machine learning concepts
• Experience with Dataiku (preferred)
