🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at Volt Money, you will own analytics end-to-end and play a critical role in decision-making.
🔍 Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyse funnels, conversion rates, and operational performance metrics
- Identify trends and actionable insights to improve business outcomes
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data and business issues
🧠 SQL & Data Engineering
- Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena and Amazon Redshift
- Work with joins, CTEs, window functions, and funnel analysis
- Debug data inconsistencies across systems
📊 Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support Product, Sales, and Operations teams with data insights
⚙️ Tools & Technologies
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, validations)
- Basic Python for data cleaning and validation
- AWS tools like S3 and CloudWatch for data monitoring
📣 Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally to align analytics with business goals
✅ Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in data analytics (fintech/startup preferred)
- Strong SQL expertise (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools (QuickSight or Power BI)
- Basic Python knowledge
- Hands-on exposure to the AWS ecosystem
