Role Overview – Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst at Blink Digital, you will play a critical role in analysing media and campaign performance data across various platforms. You will work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure that all strategies are driven by insights and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from digital, social, paid, and owned media channels
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, audience behaviour, and campaign effectiveness
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing and media strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments
- Develop predictive models and use statistical techniques to forecast campaign outcomes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and benchmarks in media analytics
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a digital marketing or media environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, or similar platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and campaign measurement frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly
