About the Role: Data Analyst Intern (3-Month Remote Program)

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will serve as a core analytical bridge supporting internal enterprise units—specifically working in close alignment with the Human Resources division. Your primary focus will center on building and preparing clean, audited consumer and applicant datasets to optimise calling queues for internal HR recruiters. Utilising Excel, SQL, and Python, you will profile data to fix missing variables, build scannable performance dashboards, and compile analytical reports that directly guide management choices and office space policy.
Key Responsibilities & Analytical Intern Workflows

HR Dataset Cleansing & Prep: Filter, deduplicate, and organise outbound calling datasets for HR Recruiters, verifying complete accuracy and handling missing data points to maximise recruitment dialing efficiency.
