Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving Treasury transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end business requirement gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
- Analyse Treasury business processes and recommend scalable business solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and detailed process documentation.
- Support Treasury solution definition and functional design.
- Define data lineage across Treasury source systems, including trades, General Ledger (GL), risk platforms, and market data systems.
- Gather and document business requirements for Treasury MIS, dashboards, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
- Participate in Agile and Hybrid project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demonstrations.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation, defect management, validation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
