Role Overview

As part of the Enterprise Data Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide data integrity, governance compliance, and master data consistency across critical systems such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.

You will collaborate with Data Stewards, IT teams, and business stakeholders to identify data quality gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures that strengthen the organisation’s data framework.

This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate, reliable, and actionable enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Analysis

  • Analyse and interpret datasets across enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.

  • Integrate and validate data from multiple systems, including Snowflake.

  • Identify inconsistencies, duplication, and quality issues across datasets.

SQL & Python Development

  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries.

  • Develop Python scripts for data transformation, validation, and automation.

  • Ensure data accuracy and performance efficiency in enterprise systems.

Data Governance & Quality Management

  • Support the implementation of enterprise data governance standards.

  • Collaborate with Data Stewards to resolve data integrity issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.

  • Establish data quality benchmarks and monitoring processes.

Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Assist in maintaining consistent master records across CRM, ERP, and marketing systems.

  • Support synchronization initiatives to eliminate discrepancies.

  • Contribute to improving MDM processes and documentation.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Design and enhance dashboards using Tableau.

  • Translate business requirements into actionable reports and KPIs.

  • Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Document processes, workflows, governance standards, and analytical findings.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline the enterprise data lifecycle.

  • Recommend scalable improvements for long-term data excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an enterprise setting.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying.

  • Strong scripting experience in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as:

    • Salesforce

    • Oracle ERP

    • Marketo

  • Strong working knowledge of the Snowflake cloud data platform.

  • Proven experience within structured Data Governance frameworks.

  • Experience collaborating with Data Stewards and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices.

  • Experience with data quality and integration tools such as Syncari and Validity.

  • Experience in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.

  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration workflows.
