Saama is seeking a Business System Analyst who can effectively bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. The selected candidate will work closely with business users and the DPM (Delivery Program Manager) to capture requirements and convert them into comprehensive system specifications.
This role demands strong experience in business process analysis, requirements risk management, documentation standards, and cross-functional collaboration. The Business System Analyst will ensure that engineering implementations align accurately with business expectations and that testing validates all functional and non-functional requirements.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Collaborate with business users and DPM to capture stakeholder requests accurately.

Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, including:

Develop and maintain structured documentation artefacts.
