🌐 About the Role
This position sits within PwC’s Functional and Industry Technologies services, focusing on insurance system modernization. The selected candidate will lead business analysis initiatives for Policy, Billing, and Claims administration systems using the Guidewire product suite.
As a Manager, you will drive large-scale insurance transformation programs, assess current systems, design future-state architectures, and ensure seamless implementation of Guidewire solutions across global insurance clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Analysis & Requirement Management

Analyse client requirements across P&C insurance domains.

Conduct requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

Drive design and solution development aligned with business objectives.

Support testing cycles and resolve client queries.
🔹 Guidewire Expertise

Work on the Guidewire full suite, including:

PolicyCenter (PC)
-
BillingCenter (BC)
-
ClaimCenter (CC)

Experience in GW Integration, GW Data, GW Rating, and Policy Administration.

Exposure to Standard Base Templates within Guidewire products is an added advantage.

Must have hands-on experience in Guidewire integrations.
🔹 Insurance Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance.

Experience in operational areas such as:

Knowledge of Personal Lines or Commercial Lines across one or multiple geographies.
