The role involves requirement gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder coordination, Agile project execution, and supporting end-to-end delivery for banking technology solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
- Understand banking workflows and operational needs
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement clarity
🔹 Documentation & Process Management
- Create BRDs, FRDs, Epics, User Stories, and process flows
- Maintain proper project and requirement documentation
- Support requirement change management activities
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Business, Product, Operations, and Technology teams
- Communicate project updates and functional expectations
- Ensure alignment between business and technical teams
🔹 Testing & Delivery Support
- Support SIT and UAT testing phases
- Assist development teams with functional clarifications
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery lifecycle

🔹 Business Analysis Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/BFSI
- Expertise in requirement gathering and functional analysis
- Experience with SDLC methodologies
🔹 Technical & Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Functional testing and UAT support experience
🔹 Trade Finance Knowledge
- Experience in Trade Finance / Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking
- Knowledge of LC, BG, SWIFT, and Trade Operations
- Understanding banking processes and workflows
🔹 Additional Advantage
- Exposure to Java, Python, or AI tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- 6+ years of experience in Trade Finance
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in Banking or BFSI domain projects
