🔍 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Stakeholder & App Owner Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for dialogue with the Application Owner.

• Facilitate discussions independently with minimal support from the Product Owner.

• Engage business stakeholders to gather insights and clarify system requirements.

• Ensure smooth communication between business representatives and technical teams.

2️⃣ MetricStream (M7) Application Expertise

• Study and analyse the out-of-the-box solution in M7 (MetricStream).

• Assist business representatives in conducting Functional Gap Document analysis and evaluation.

• Identify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities.

• Propose structured solutions aligned with governance, risk, and compliance processes.

3️⃣ Requirement Documentation

• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation.

• Translate complex problems into clear and understandable requirements.

• Ensure traceability between business needs and configured solutions.

4️⃣ UAT Planning & Execution

• Prepare comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

• Develop test cases based on:

  • Configuration workbook

  • Functional Gap Document

• Coordinate and support business users during UAT cycles.

• Ensure defects are tracked and resolved efficiently.

5️⃣ Training & Business Support

• Support Senior Business Analysts in training business users on the M7 application.

• Assist stakeholders in understanding workflows and system functionalities.

• Contribute to continuous process improvements and Agile delivery cycles.
