About the Role

Accenture is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join its team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The ideal candidate will analyse organisational processes, evaluate business models, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective business and technology solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, document processes, and help deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse organisational processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

• Assess current business operations and define the future state business solutions.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand project needs and expectations.

• Develop process flow diagrams and business process models.

• Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
