This role plays a critical part in ensuring that business requirements are clearly documented and traceable throughout the entire software development lifecycle. The analyst will translate functional and business inputs into structured documentation that helps developers and testers deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Business Analyst at 2Base Technologies, your responsibilities will include:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Participate in requirement discussions with internal teams and stakeholders.

Understand business objectives, workflows, dependencies, and functional expectations.

Analyse requirements to identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies before development begins.
Documentation & Functional Specifications

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) using standardized templates.

Document business rules, workflows, validation requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Maintain traceability matrices linking business, functional, and technical requirements.
Collaboration with Technical Teams

Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.

Assist in documenting UI flows, wireframes, and functional logic for system features.

Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, and aligned with the project scope.
Documentation Management

Maintain documentation updates, version histories, and change logs during project execution.

Ensure alignment across documentation such as BRD, SRS, APIs, and UI specifications.

Update project management systems with structured requirement documentation.
Project Support

Support development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

Participate in requirement walkthroughs and validation sessions.
