Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translating requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conducting gap analysis to identify improvement areas in existing processes.
- Creating process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize system enhancements.
- Facilitating meetings, stakeholder discussions, and workshops.
- Preparing detailed documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Providing post-deployment support and suggesting continuous improvements.
SharePoint Development & Administration
In addition to business analysis, you will work extensively on SharePoint platforms and related tools:
- Designing and developing solutions on SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.
- Creating and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Building applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate for workflow automation
- Power Apps for custom applications
- Power BI for data visualization and dashboards
- Managing user access, permissions, and governance policies.
- Implementing document management and collaboration systems.
- Configuring metadata, content types, and SharePoint forms.
- Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users.
- Ensuring system performance, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
