🚀 Role Overview

Peerbits is seeking a proactive and solution-focused Business Analyst who can take complete ownership of business requirements and drive projects from concept to delivery. The selected candidate will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that every solution is aligned with strategic business goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.

  • Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Maintain clarity, traceability, and alignment of requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Solution Design & Strategic Input

  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and process assessments.

  • Recommend optimal and scalable solutions.

  • Define what needs to be built, how it should function, and why it delivers value.

  • Prioritize requirements in alignment with business impact.

Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and development teams.

  • Facilitate requirement validation sessions and stakeholder discussions.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation.

  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify project risks, requirement gaps, and process inefficiencies early.

  • Propose actionable improvements.

  • Ensure final deliverables meet business expectations and measurable outcomes.

Tools & Methodologies

  • Use JIRA or similar tools for backlog management, tracking, and reporting.

  • Work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments and structured delivery lifecycles.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams.

  • Expertise in documentation, including BRD, FRD, user stories, process diagrams, and workflows.
