As a Data Analyst at Myntra, you play a critical role in our decision-making ecosystem. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be identifying the trends and patterns that define how millions of Indians shop for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Orchestration: Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple high-scale sources to ensure a “single source of truth.”

• Insight Generation: Analyse and interpret complex data trends to identify actionable business insights.

• Visualisation & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Modelling & Strategy: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support bold business bets and operational efficiencies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organisation to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

• Data Governance: Ensure the highest levels of data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the analytical lifecycle.

 Your Profile: Technical & Analytical Mastery

We are looking for an analyst who balances technical proficiency with the ability to tell a story through data.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience: 3.0 to 6.0 years of proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and statistical modelling.

• Technical Stack: * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.

  • Mastery of data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex findings effectively to non-technical leadership.
