About the Role – Data Analyst
BayOne Solutions is seeking a Support Analyst with strong data analysis skills who can work with customer support data and omnichannel engagement insights. The role focuses on identifying trends, improving operational processes, and enabling better business decisions using data.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and management to analyze datasets, design dashboards, and provide actionable insights that improve performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst
