The I&F Decision Science Practitioner Manager acts as a strategic operations leader, using advanced sales analytics, data science, and pipeline modelling to steer sales performance, field force effectiveness, and commercial spend optimisation:

Core Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline & Performance Analytics: Design and deliver reports on pipeline data, sales results, and export metrics; conduct root-cause analyses and identify performance trends.

Commercial Strategy & Optimisation: Drive decision-making across Sales & Trade Marketing processes, Channel Incentives, Commercial Spend Optimisation, and Field Force Planning.

Senior Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior client leadership and internal Accenture executives to influence strategic direction and secure buy-in for data-driven operational changes.

Team & Operations Leadership: Manage medium-to-large delivery teams or high-impact workstreams, establishing methods and procedures for new analytics assignments.

Strategic Problem Solving: Address complex, multi-variable operational challenges requiring thorough analysis and alignment with long-term enterprise goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree/Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Professional Experience: 13 to 18 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Decision Science, Sales Analytics, or Commercial Performance Management.
