🔍 About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Scrum Master to join our fast-growing Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) team. You will lead agile delivery across multi-functional squads building cutting-edge digital banking modules for global clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retros, reviews)

  • Remove delivery blockers and coach teams on Scrum best practices

  • Drive cross-team collaboration across Retail, Corporate, Assisted & Onboarding modules

  • Maintain JIRA hygiene, sprint metrics, and velocity reports

  • Coordinate releases and UAT across multiple geographies (APAC, ME, EU, NA)

  • Communicate sprint progress, risks, and blockers to leadership

✅ What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in Agile project management (2+ years as Scrum Master)

  • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and end-to-end Agile delivery

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, preferably in SaaS/Platform models

  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills

  • CSM or equivalent certification preferred

  • Background in fintech or digital banking is a huge plus
