🎯 Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of HCLTech’s digital marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be driving brand awareness, lead generation, and digital engagement across global platforms.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital assets — including blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Drive marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies through CRM and email tools.
• Oversee website optimization and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Manage digital budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI reporting.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft innovative campaigns that drive measurable results.
