The Role: Leading the Future of Digital Payments

Are you a veteran of the banking industry with a deep technical pulse on credit card lifecycles? We are looking for a TPM With Development Specialist to lead complex, high-stakes programs within our payments division.

This is a Full-Time, Remote position for a leader who understands both the “how” of development and the “why” of project management. You will be the bridge between complex banking regulations and cutting-edge technical execution.

Key Responsibilities: Program & Technical Leadership

  • Strategic Program Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for card applications and account management systems.

  • Domain Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for credit terms, rewards, benefits, billing, and collection workflows.

  • Process Oversight: Manage critical banking operations, including Monetary/Non-Monetary processing, Credit Bureau reporting, Reissues, and Month-end cycles.

  • System Configuration: Oversee rewards engine rules, payment processing configurations, and advanced financial reporting.

  • Stakeholder Synergy: Navigate the intersection of banking business requirements and technical development sprints to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Core Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 12+ years of dedicated experience in the Credit Card and Payments domain within the banking industry.

  • Subject Matter Mastery: Deep knowledge of the entire card lifecycle—from application and credit limits to payment processing and collections.

  • Technical Depth: Experience in rules processing, system configurations, and reporting within a banking environment.

  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale programs with a focus on resilience and security.

  • Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred.
