About the Role

Valzo Soft Solutions is hiring Data Analysts to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Freshers will receive structured online training and hands-on exposure to real-time projects, enabling them to build strong analytical and technical skills.

Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, create dashboards and reports, and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources

  • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualisations

  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions

  • Write and optimise SQL queries

  • Collaborate with business teams to gather data requirements

  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency

  • Prepare analysis reports and presentations for stakeholders

Required Skills

For Freshers (Training Provided)

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis concepts

  • Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI / Tableau, and Python

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking

  • Good communication skills

For Experienced Candidates (1–5+ Years)

  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Data Analysis

  • Proficiency in Excel / Advanced Excel

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau

  • Knowledge of Python or R (preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
