This is a Grade T2 position located at the FedEx-GMCE Centre of Excellence (CoE), offering a unique opportunity to blend technical data engineering with strategic business intelligence.

 About the Role: Driving Insights at FedEx

As a Data Analyst at FedEx, you will be the bridge between complex data and executive decision-making. You will leverage a modern tech stack, including Power BI, Azure Databricks, and Python to automate reporting and deliver high-impact insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytics Design: Lead the development of expert-level Power BI dashboards for actionable leadership insights.

• Advanced Automation: Use Python for statistical analysis and automating recurring analytics workflows.

• Data Engineering: Build and optimise data pipelines on Azure Databricks to streamline ETL processes.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Forecasting, Corporate Strategy, and Market Analytics teams to solve business challenges.

• Governance: Own the data architecture and ensure high standards of data quality and security (RLS).

Experience Required:

• At least 3 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.

Technical Skills 

• Power BI (Expert): Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Performance Tuning.

• SQL (Proficient): Advanced query writing and optimisation.

• Python (Proficient): Data manipulation, automation, and visualisation libraries.

• Azure Databricks: Hands-on experience with SQL/PySpark and data wrangling.

Behavioural Skills:

• Problem-solving mindset and strong ownership.

• Excellent articulation and data storytelling skills for executives.
