🎯 Role Summary
As Director – Business Analysis, you will perform both technical and functional analysis of platforms and applications. You will document current-state and future-state processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive requirement clarity across development, architecture, QA, and SME groups.
This position demands strong knowledge of Wealth Management systems, N-tier architecture, APIs, workflows, and emerging technologies such as Virtual Assistants and Large Language Models (LLMs).
🔎 Key Responsibilities
Business & Technical Analysis

Analyse business processes and identify efficiency improvements

Document functional and non-functional specifications
-
Create process flows, technical architecture diagrams, and data sequence flows.

Gather and define business and system requirements.

Translate requirements into clear user stories for Agile delivery
Wealth Management & BFSI Expertise
-
Apply domain knowledge in Wealth Management and BFSI.
-
Understand synchronous and asynchronous workflows.
-
Work with Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, and AI-driven solutions
Architecture & Integration
-
Demonstrate a strong understanding of N-Tier architecture.

Work with APIs, web services, batch processing, MQ, and databases.

Analyse integration touchpoints and system dependencies
Agile & Project Governance
-
Lead stakeholder meetings and facilitate collaboration
-
Plan and manage Agile delivery cycles.

Participate in production support and incident triaging.

Identify system inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions
Stakeholder Management
-
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
-
Communicate effectively across senior leadership and technical teams.

Drive governance standards and enforce best practices.
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Strong Wealth Management domain expertise

Knowledge of Virtual Assistants and Large Language Model implementations

Understanding of functional & technical documentation standards

Experience in Agile methodologies and user story writing

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, HP QC, Confluence

Good command of SQL and database concepts
-
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience in production support and incident analysis
Experience in setting up Centres of Excellence (CoE) is an added advantage.
