The Role: Manager, BI & Analytics
You will lead the charge in developing complex dashboards and scorecards that guide our global business intelligence decisions. This is a “Player-Coach” role that requires deep technical mastery and high-level stakeholder management.
Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a group of professional individual contributors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable analytics tools.

Strategic Insights: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to target customer behavioral insights and drive measurable financial growth.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and manage multivariate and A/B testing frameworks for marketing evolution and web performance.

Data Integrity: Oversee technical support and data issue resolution to ensure absolute integrity within our self-service BI ecosystem.

Omni-Channel Strategy: Leverage your expertise in Digital and Physical channels to create a unified view of the customer journey.

AI & Advanced Analytics: Implement AI-driven analysis to uncover trends that traditional BI might miss.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned expert who thrives in a cross-functional environment (Supply Chain, Marketing, Merch, Digital) and possesses the following:
Technical Mastery:

SQL & Python: 3–5 years of expert-level application.

Visualization: 5+ years of experience in Tableau and executive-level PowerPoint storytelling.

Advanced Analytics: 3–5 years in Data Science capabilities, including AI analysis.

Experimentation: 3+ years of hands-on A/B Testing experience.
Leadership & Acumen:

Experience: 3+ years in a Management/Leadership capacity.

Storytelling: 5+ years of transforming raw data into compelling business narratives.

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO and Omni-channel retail dynamics.
Education & Experience Requirements

Education: BS/BA in a related discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.). An Advanced Degree (MS/MBA) is highly preferred and may offset experience requirements.

General Experience: Typically requires 7+ years of professional experience in Analytics or a related field.
