The Role: Data Analyst (Mid-Level)

As a Data Analyst at the GTC, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle—from managing logistics and structures to delivering high-impact presentations to executive stakeholders.

Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

• Data Mining & Modelling: Leverage innovative analytical techniques to uncover hidden patterns and trends within large-scale systems.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage data transfers and business rules between internal and external partners to enable seamless project execution.

• Support Tool Development: Build and maintain metadata inventories, definitions, and data support tools for database creation.

• Insight Socialization: Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that translate technical findings into “implementable” recommendations for business leaders.

• Quality Control: Review QA/QC data and project outputs to ensure absolute accuracy in reporting.

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing timelines and scopes independently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated skill in resolving complex data inconsistencies, anomalies, and missing information.

• Communication: Ability to present key findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Independence: A self-starter who requires minimal guidance on standard tasks and can provide direction to junior personnel.

• Business Acumen: Experience applying analytics specifically to Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain domains.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: BS/BA in a related discipline (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.). An MS/MA is a plus.

• Experience:

  • With a Bachelor’s: 2–5 years of professional experience in a related field.

  • With a Master’s: 2–4 years of professional experience in a related field.

• Certification: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
