About the Role: Junior Data Analyst (Product Implementation & ML Insights)

Hypersonix Inc. is hiring a full-time, permanent Junior Data Analyst to join its fast-paced implementation team in India. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Data Engineering (DE), Software Engineering (SE), and Data Science (DS) squads to onboard enterprise clients smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will focus on data profiling, writing high-performance SQL scripts, and validating incoming dataset layers against client control totals. Rather than writing raw machine learning models from scratch, you will analyse statistical outputs, perform quality assurance (QA) checks on data science models, and convert complex analytical findings into interactive business intelligence dashboards that client stakeholders can easily understand.

Key Responsibilities & Implementation Analytics Workflows

• Business Requirement Translation: Interpret raw client business requirements from Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), working alongside product managers to turn them into structured analytics project targets.

• Data Profiling & Modelling Support: Perform detailed data exploration and diagnostic profiling on massive multi-channel datasets, collaborating with data engineers to design clean data models.

• Machine Learning Output Interpretation: Analyse and summarise complex machine learning model outputs, translating statistical trends into actionable recommendations.

• BI Dashboard Architecture: Design, configure, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards using standard corporate BI tools to monitor client operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Cross-Functional Data Validation: Coordinate directly with data and software engineering teams to run data validation checks, ensuring internal database metrics match client control totals.

• Analytical Quality Assurance: Partner with the data science team to conduct analytical QA on model frameworks, preserving data accuracy before deployment.

• Client Insights Presentation: Review outgoing analytical summaries and prepare comprehensive data narratives to present directly to enterprise customers.
