Role Overview

As a Junior Analyst at Webkit24, you will assist in collecting, cleaning, and structuring multi-source data to extract actionable business insights. Operating in a flexible remote setup, you will support senior analysts and cross-functional teams by building automated dashboards, validating data integrity, and creating performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Cleaning & Preprocessing: Gather, clean, and organize raw datasets from internal databases and external digital platforms.
  • Dashboarding & Visualization: Build and maintain performance dashboards using MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
  • SQL Querying & Reporting: Execute basic SQL queries to retrieve structured data, validate datasets, and generate weekly/monthly metrics summaries.
  • Trend & Pattern Analysis: Conduct preliminary exploratory analysis to identify operational trends, performance bottlenecks, and key KPI movements.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with technical and business teams to satisfy ad-hoc data requests and document analytical workflows.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Core Skills:
    • MS Excel: Advanced functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), Pivot Tables, and charts.
    • SQL: Fundamental knowledge of writing database queries, joins, and filters.
    • BI Tools: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Basic scripting skills in Python (pandas, numpy) for automation.
    • Exposure to Google Sheets automation and data warehousing concepts.
    • Understanding of key digital business KPIs.
