• Architectural Excellence: Design and optimise scalable Python-based applications using Microservices best practices.

• API Development: Build secure, high-performance backend solutions using FastAPI and REST principles.

• Quality-First Engineering: Apply TDD/BDD methodologies to ensure every line of code is high-quality, testable, and robust.

• Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployments on Azure Cloud and collaborate across teams using modern CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.

• AI Integration: Develop solutions involving Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

• Accelerated Development: Leverage GitHub Copilot to drive efficiency and focus on high-level architecture.

Your Expertise: The Senior Python Professional

We are looking for a technical leader who balances deep coding proficiency with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.

• Experience: 7 to 12 years in backend development.

• Core Tech Stack:

  • Languages: Strong proficiency in Python.

  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django.

  • AI: Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, or related frameworks (highly preferred).

• Engineering Rigour: Practical expertise in BDD/TDD, automated testing, and debugging.

• Cloud Mastery: Proven experience building and deploying on Azure Cloud Services.

• Modern Workflow: Proficiency in GitHub, CI/CD, and using GitHub Copilot for accelerated development.

• Communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills to participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
